Would definitely recommend Hayley! Me and my partner fell for this gorgeous flat, however our application got declined just because we never had a credit card, everything else was perfect, this was our first proper home. Despite the fact it came back declined she pushed for us and we still got the flat! If I had gone to any other estate agent and my application came back declined that would be the end of the process, but it wasn’t with Hayley! The whole process was so quick and we were in the property within a week!
