The letting department is continually on the look out for new rental properties in Morecambe, Lancaster, Heysham and all surrounding areas. We offer two types of services: Let only at a competitive rate of £550.00 one off fee plus VAT. Full management is £500 plus VAT initial fee followed by 10% each month.
